Paid subscriptions open after merchant activation and service approval. The application reports availability before creating a checkout.

No automatic overages

Admitted runtime requests and declared live test requests count against both bridge and workspace allowances, including upstream failures. Authentication, quota, and concurrency rejections do not count. Exhaustion stops admission with a 429 response; it never triggers an extra charge.

Analysis attempts reserve allowance before contacting the model, including cancellation or provider failure. Each attempt has bounded input and output with no automatic retries. Trial analyses have a separate shared daily budget. Deleting a bridge does not restore workspace allowance. Repeated workspace creation does not reset the account’s evaluation.

Cancellation and payment failure

Owners manage subscriptions through the hosted customer portal. Cancellation ends renewal and access lasts through the established paid period unless the subscription is revoked. Failed renewal does not establish a new paid period. Existing access is bounded by its recorded expiration, including during provider outages.

Applicable taxes are calculated by the payment provider before purchase. No real test charges are made during setup.
