Data handling

Know what is stored.

Rivetport stores your account association, workspace membership, uploaded contracts, saved mappings, declared test expectations, and support tickets. Clerk processes authentication. Convex stores control data. Cloudflare executes bridges and stores encrypted upstream credentials, hashed integration keys, immutable releases, usage, and metadata logs. Vercel hosts the application.

Contract information selected for mapping analysis is sent server-side to OpenAI. Test examples are included only when you authorize them. Upstream credentials and ordinary live traffic are not sent automatically. Billing information is processed by Polar when billing is activated.

Security and retention details describe current controls. Owners can export workspace data and request deletion through the application. Contact josephsimo@icloud.com about data access or deletion.

A minimal account identifier, evaluation start time, and analysis count remain after workspace deletion to prevent repeated evaluation abuse. They are retained for the lifetime of the account. Contact support for account deletion.

This is an implementation disclosure during release verification. Final commercial privacy terms and operator identity details remain subject to owner approval. Do not upload sensitive production data before activation.
